Kuwait welcomes Riyadh agreement‏

Kuwait welcomed the deal signed in Riyadh on Tuesday between the globally-recognized Yemeni government and Southern Transitional Council( STC) as a "fundamental factor" in maintaining Yemen's sovereignty.

A source in Kuwait's foreign ministry praised the hugely appreciated efforts of Saudi Arabia, led by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman, that made the talks succeeded.

The source hopes that the agreement would herald an anticipated political solution that safeguards the region's stability and security.

The deal, signed earlier in Riyadh, gives both sides an equal share in a 24-member government.
